ITAR Statement

ITAR / EAR Compliance & Export Control Notice:
All products, commodities, software, technology, technical data, and services provided by Stillwood International may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), 22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130, administered by the U.S. Department of State, and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774, administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

The purchaser, recipient, and/or end user acknowledges and agrees that such items, technical data, and services may not be exported, re-exported, transferred, disclosed, or otherwise provided, directly or indirectly, to any foreign person, foreign entity, or foreign country, whether within or outside the United States, without first obtaining all required U.S. Government approvals, authorizations, licenses, or exemptions.

The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including determining applicable jurisdiction and classification, obtaining any required export licenses or other governmental approvals, and ensuring that no unauthorized transfer or disclosure occurs. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited.

By accepting delivery, purchase, quotation, proposal, or related documentation from Stillwood International, the purchaser certifies that it will comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations and will not transfer, disclose, or export any controlled items or technical data in violation of U.S. law.

Any summaries or references to export control laws and regulations provided by Stillwood International are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Compliance with export control requirements remains the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or end user.
